A glimpse inside my soul.

For a sample of my poetry, please click on any of the self portraits below for a copy of The Moments In Between.

This is a book about the quiet spaces.
The moments that live between what we show and what we feel. Between who we were, who we are, and who we are still becoming.

These poems were not written with an audience in mind. They were written in my kitchen before dawn, in airports, on cold sidewalks, beside lakes, under moonlight, in hospital waiting rooms, in fields of violets, and in the silent aftermath of change. They are fragments of interior weather. Records of hope, resonance, melancholy, and contemplation. Small lanterns set down along a long personal road.

Rabbits appear often in these pages. They are not decorative. They are not whimsical. They are self-portraits. They represent sensitivity, vigilance, fragility, and resilience. They are the part of us that feels deeply, startles easily, survives quietly, and keeps going anyway. This collection moves through seasons because life does. It honours innocence and grief, longing and gratitude, loss and renewal. It holds the truth that we are never only one thing, and that becoming is not a straight line, but a gentle and complicated spiral.

If you have ever felt both strong and tender at the same time, If you have ever missed a former version of yourself,
If you have ever searched for beauty while standing inside uncertainty, then these pages may feel familiar.

You are welcome here.
Take your time.
The moments in between are where the real stories live.

To be an artist and a poet,
is to be misunderstood. But that’s the way I like it.
